Ameeksha Dilchand Miss Mauritius 2011 winner will represent Mauritius in both Miss Universe 2012 and Miss World 2012 beauty pageants.
The first runner-up is Ingrid Padaruth, the second runner-up is Claudia Ally while
Ammeshka Dilkshand is the winner of the Miss Mauritius 2011.
Ameeksha Dilchand said, "I am speechless. Firstly I would like to stress on the fact that I have never been on a ramp before. I would like to thank the committee and all the members." "Tomorrow will be a new day. I believe that pageantry is a platform that gives us young women an opportunity to voice our choices and opinions. It also allows us to improve our personality and become better women of tomorrow."
She said during her time in preparation during the competition, "I am a woman first and foremost and always attracts great."
