SM Pampanga Shooting Incident Video Surfaces

An amateur video of the recent shooting incident in SM Pampanga has made its way online.

The said SM Pampampanga Shooting Incident Video shows one of the two teens still showing signs of life after shooting himself in the head. The 13-year-old was still able to move his feet and rolled from prone to lying position while police and security officers were still waiting for the medics to arrive.

According to a Philippine National Police (PNP ) official interviewed by TV Patrol earlier, the police who acted as first responder to the crime were prohibited by the PNP Manual on Crime Scene Operations to do anything to the two boys.  Instead, they were expected in making an "immediate call for an emergency response unit to save the injured persons" which they did.

The PNP official, however, added that they will be investigating the video to see if errors in handling the situation were committed by the police officers and security guards as other people can be seen walking near the crime scene on the video.
