Manny Pacquiao Billiards Trick Shot Video

The manner Pacquiao held the billiards stick was no amateur at all and knowing a trick shot like that suggests that he has been playing the sports for quite a while now. Hmmmmm... It would be nice to see him play pool with Efren "Bata" or Django one of these days.

Marvin Sonsona dominates tough Mexican opponent in comeback fight

Marvin Sonsona, after a 20-month layoff, proved that he still got what it takes to be a world boxing champion again in his fight with Carlos Jacobo of Mexico at the weekend. Sonsona dominated his tough Mexican opponent by landing devastating combinations in the early part of their match and almost ending the fight in the eight round with a knock-out punch.

Dubbed “Back with a Vengeance,” the boxing duel ended in the tenth round with a unanimous decision from the judges, 98-91, 98-91 and 97-92, all favoring Sonsona. It was held at the Hoops Stadium in Lapu-Lapu City.

General Santos native Marvin Sonsona, 21, became the World Boxing Organization light flyweight champion in 2009 by defeating Jose Lopez in Canada. He, however, failed his attempt in taking his second title from Puerto Rican Wilfredo Vazquez Jr., 20 months ago.

With his recent win against Jacobo, Sonsona's record improved to 15-1-1 with 12 knockouts, while Jacobo is now down to 16-4-1 with 14 knockouts.
