The winners of Miss India Worldwide 2009: Kanchan Verma- Australia - first Runner Up; Nikkitasha Marwaha- USA- Winner Miss India Worldwide 2009; Sunaina Bhondie- Holland- Second Runner Up. The pageant was held in the city of Durban in South Africa.
