The winners of Miss Atlantico International from left to right: Eliana Quintero-Miss Ecuador- Winner Miss Atlantico International 2008, Nazareth Cascante- Miss Costa Rica- First Runner Up, Karina Panilla Corro- Miss Panama- Second Runner Up. Eliana Quintero is 22 years old. The pageant was held in Solanas Vacation Club and there were 18 partipants.
